projects: osu student housing cooperative Alpha Gamma Epsilon sorority came to OCDC because they were interested in starting a student housing cooperative and purchasing a house. AGE plans for the cooperative to be separate from the sorority because the sorority wishes to attract more members for the housing co-op. The sorority will pay the cooperative a small fee to hold sorority functions in the house. OCDC has completed a business plan which can also
function as a template for a similar cooperative in the same area. This
business plan is essential as the cooperative looks to secure funding
and apply for grants to purchase a house.
